CEO SUITE Offers Fully Serviced Offices in Singapore
CEO SUITE, the leading instant office provider, has opened its Singapore centre to compete with other international operators, such as Regus and Servcorp. “The grand opening was held on Friday last week. The centre occupies 1,700 square metres in the Singapore Land Tower, Raffles Place which is known as the most prestigious business address in Singapore.” Mee Kim, the President of CEO SUITE explained.
According to Mee Kim, although the Singapore property business is still in a slump, CEO SUITE hopes to seize market share with an aggressive and creative marketing strategy based on its newly developed IT infrastructure. “Our clients can check in to our office like they would into a hotel room and carry out their business in less than 5 minutes thanks to our computerized check-in system. In addition, they will save time by using our one-stop business services, ranging from business registration to project management.” said Mee Kim.
Since its soft opening in April this year, the occupancy rate of CEO SUITE Singapore has reached over 25%, and the company is projecting this to climb to at least 70% in the next 3 months.
In Jakarta, CEO SUITE GKBI and CEO SUITE JSX has reached occupancy rate of 90 % and 80 %, respectively. The Kuala Lumpur centre which opened last year currently boasts an occupancy rate of 70%.”
Mee Kim claims that competition among instant office providers has become increasingly fierce and many centres, including international operators, have closed down during these tough times.
“Only providers willing to go the extra mile to meet the growing demands of customers by offering advanced IT technology and integrated services will survive, she adds.
