CEO SUITE opens another centre in Singapore

Following the success in Kuala Lumpur, CEO SUITE recently established a new centre in Singapore.

It occupies 1800m2 on the 37th floor of the Land Tower in Raffles Place, Singapore, and was officially opened last month. Ms. Dina Salem, Business Development Manager for CEO SUITE, explained to Suara Karya that CEO has been in the business of providing instant serviced offices since 1997. “We offer local and foreign professionals a one-stop solution for all their business needs.”

According to Dina, CEO SUITE has since its founding opened centres in four strategic locations in South East Asia. “We plan to open in Shanghai and Seoul next year,” she said.

Considering the company’s performance record to date, it’s easy to be optimistic about its target of 60 – 70 percent occupancy in CEO Singapore Land Tower by mid 2002.
This new centre is equipped with the latest high-tech facilities and is tastefully furnished with Italian design furniture. The tenants enjoy a panoramic ocean view 37 floors up. The design and facilities of all CEO centres remain consistent whether on the 37th floor of the Singapore Land Tower, the 17th floor of the Jakarta Stock Exchange building, the 36th floor of Menara Maxis, Kuala Lumpur or the 39th floor of Wisma GKBI, Jakarta. And the ambiance and atmosphere at one centre resembles another as each is designed by the renowned architect, even the specific feng shui factor taken into consideration.
